Returns And Refund

To cancel order

If you want to cancel your order before we shipped your order, we will issue a full refund in 24 hours.

If you want to cancel your order after we shipped your order, you need to wait for the order to arrive, then ask the shipping company to return it back to us.

No extra payment is needed.

We will issue a full refund once we received our product back in good condition.

If we received our item back in bad condition, you will need to cover the cost to repair or replace the damaged product. Then we will refund you the balance of your money after we deduct the cost to repair the product.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrived in bad condition, let us know by taking a few pictures of the product from a few angles. After we confirm the product was damaged, let us know if you want us to send a new product or if you want us to give you a full refund.

If you want a replacement, send us the damaged product back to us. Once we received the product, we will immediately send a new one as a replacement. The shipping cost for returning the product to us and the shipping cost to resend a new one is totally on us.

If you want a full refund, send us the damaged product back to us. Once we received the product, we will issue a full refund to you. The shipping cost for returning the product to us will be paid by us.

Faulty manufacturing or broken after use (What is your warranty)

Our product warranty is 15 days after the product arrives at your front door. If below 15 days and the product is broken except for water damage, we will send you a new replacement. No refund for this case. Only replacement. The shipping cost for replacement will be paid by us.

You will need to send us a few pictures of the damaged product from a few angles. Then you need to send us back the product. We will send a replacement immediately after we received your damaged product. All shipping costs for returning the damaged product to us will be paid by us.

They changed their mind

If you change your mind, we will give you a full refund if the product has not shipped yet to you. Once it is shipped, we cannot cancel the order anymore.

For an exchange

If you want to exchange your product for another product, let us know before we shipped your order. You will need to pay the extra payment if the product you want to exchange is higher than the one you already order. If the product you want to exchange is cheaper, we will send you a partial refund. Once we already shipped your order, no exchange is allowed.

it’s a wrong product

If you ordered the wrong product, let us know before we shipped the order. We will help you change the product. If your order already shipped, there is nothing we can do anymore.
