Overall, my moods are more leveled. I have extra energy. I'm not nearly as hungry. I rarely have hot flashes. I'm glad I started using this product.

I have been using this for months and it has really helped my hot flashes. I was having hot flashes all day and night and could not sleep but after using this product, the hot flashes are down to almost nothing and I can sleep again. I accidentally ordered a different Estroven product and my hot flashes came back in full force. I have now switched back to this one and the flashes are diminishing again. This one actually works for me. I hope it works for you too.

I just turned 46yo and night sweats hit me all of a sudden. I thought it was warm summertime temperatures. Around that same time, I experienced hot flashes while at work, where I needed to fan myself and go outside to take my mask off. After two weeks of hot flashes and night sweats, I started taking Estroven pre-menopause along with drinking soy milk and my symptoms went away within the first two weeks. I am also an active person. I am not sure if it was just a start or would have continued consistently, but I am ordering more.
